Dimensional Wholeness is an invitation to look at your life from an expanded perspective. Reach beyond this third-dimensional “reality” and discover that the whole of you is as vast as the cosmos and is ready to be known by you.
It all starts with the book, Pull Your Self Together. If you haven’t read it yet, start here.
On this page you’ll find the affirmations and theme songs for each of the guide chapters, as well as the Dimensional Wholeness Meditation from Chapter 48 in Pull Your Self Together. As you work through the journal prompts in the book, use the music and affirmations to spark your inner dialogue.
Amnesia: Have You Forgotten Who You Came Here To Be?
Chapter 45 of Pull Your Self Together
This section is for everyone who has forgotten some aspect of themselves that they want to remember. Is there a part of your life that you are no longer in touch with that you abandoned for some reason?
Maybe you have forgotten your inner artist, or you were once a writer of poetry, a singer of songs. Maybe it is a quality that you used to have that you turned away from — optimism, playfulness, joy, positivity, spiritual connection, trust.
Now is the time to remember those lost parts of yourself that you would love to have back with you. Use the journaling prompts from the book along with the song and affirmation below to explore these ideas.

Affirmation

With love and appreciation for who I am right now, I open myself up to remember the parts of myself that I have forgotten. I allow myself to reconnect with those aspects of my soul that I have hidden for fear others will not accept them. I love those parts of myself that have run away because of pain or hardship. With the help of my spirit, I remember who I came here to be.
Today, I embrace those beautiful, forgotten qualities of myself that I wish to become once again. I lovingly release the pain and fear that has kept me from revealing the spectacular human being that I am meant to be. I take this step now toward joy and love for myself and my life as I fully embrace who I am now and who I am here to be.
Remembering: Practices To Rekindle Your Connection With Spirit

Affirmation

I am willing to be my spirit’s true expression on earth.
I open my heart and mind to fully connect with my spirit in the higher dimensional realms. I say, Yes, to spirit.
Yes, I want to connect.
Yes, I want to listen.
As I walk through my day, I recognize the nudge of my spirit and I allow myself to shine that light, even when it is scary.
Yes, I am willing to be my spirit’s true expression on earth.
Why You Forgot: An Exploration of Regret and Sorrow
Chapter 47 of Pull Your Self Together
We don’t often think of the dark parts of our lives as something that can lead to good, especially when we are wallowing in regret and sorrow. Often, though, there are gifts in the difficulty if we wait long enough and look hard enough to discover them.
This section is about acknowledging the pain we have felt and the regret we may feel. The good in our lives is woven into the same fabric as the pain. We cannot simply pull the string of good feelings out and keep that without unraveling the entire fabric of our lives.
Theme Song
No Mud No Lotus by Bob Sima

Affirmation

Love is all there is. I remember this important truth as I look back at what I have forgotten about myself because it was painful, or embarrassing, or made me feel guilty. I look back on these experiences with love for who I was at that time, and with forgiveness for myself for allowing these experiences to stifle the true expression of my spirit.
I am ready to do the hard work of remembering, because beneath the pain and suff ering, I will uncover the shining light of my soul. I want to shine. Now is my time.
The Rescue: How You Can Be The Superhero, Even If You’re Broken
Chapter 48 of Pull Your Self Together
Now we move on to the incredible possibility that the broken part of us is the superhero, the one who recognizes our separateness and has the incentive and passion to pull the whole self together.
Are you ready to consider the possibility that there is more; that there are other versions of you out there in the universe, and you can connect with them? Are you ready to be the superhero that pulls them all together?
The meditation below will guide you through creating a safe space for the gathering of all the different aspects of you—past, present, future, alternate realities, or in different dimensions.
After doing the meditation, use the theme song and affirmation along with the journaling prompts in the book to continue exploring the ideas from this chapter.

Affirmation

I am spirit in physical form. From a place of connection to my spirit on a higher dimensional level, I am aware of the wholeness that is available to me as a being of light and love. I step into the expansive possibilities of dimensional wholeness as I connect with other versions of myself to both support and draw strength from the whole of me.
I hold in my fifth-dimensional heart a safe space for all of my selves to come together and support each other. I am willing to offer love and strength and understanding to any aspect of myself who needs assistance. I know that I can go to this safe space for my healing and be supported by the love of my entire being on a higher dimensional level.
I am connected. I am love. I am whole.
Dimensional Wholeness: A Celebration of Every Single Version of You
Chapter 49 of Pull Your Self Together
One of the greatest gifts of dimensional wholeness is the idea that everything is unfolding exactly the way it needs to unfold. What you are doing and experiencing in your life right now was necessary to bring you to this point.
Can you look at the choices and circumstances of your life and love yourself for where you are? Then, from a place of love and gratitude, you can make choices to create your future.
