Multidimensional Book & Movie Exploration: The Map of Tiny Perfect Things
September 15 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pmFree
Welcome to the monthly Multidimensional Book & Movie Exploration with Rebecca Whitecotton. In September, we’ll explore The Map of Tiny Perfect Things, a 2021 Amazon original movie about two teens who live the same day repeatedly.
Official movie description:
The film tells the story of quick-witted Mark, contentedly living the same day in an endless loop. His world is turned upside-down when he meets mysterious Margaret, who is also stuck in the time loop. Mark and Margaret form a magnetic partnership, setting out to find all the tiny things that make that one day perfect. What follows is a love story with a fantastical twist, as the two struggle to figure out how — and whether — to escape their never-ending day.
The trailer is below (It gives away a lot of details, so if you know you want to see it and you don’t like spoilers, just watch the movie!). We will not be watching the movie at this event — you need to watch it beforehand.
